If you’ve been searching for a real Italian pizzeria and restaurant in the Hagerstown area, you’ve found it. Since 2000, Cafe Italia has been serving our neighbors authentic Italian homemade sauces, dough and incredible Italian dishes that will have you leaning back in your chair saying, “Now that’s Italian!”
Everything starts in our kitchen: dough made in-house for our Neapolitan thin crust and Sicilian square pies, sauces simmered from family recipes, and pasta dinners, subs and salads made to order.
Whether you’re dining in with family, picking up carryout on a busy weeknight, feeding the office with a catering tray or throwing a backyard pizza party, we’re here to bring people together over good food.

What we’re known for
Our dough and sauces are made in-house from family recipes — the heart of every pizza and pasta dish.
Thin-crust rounds from 9″ to our 24″ Kolossal, plus thick Sicilian squares, gluten-free crust and 19 specialty pies.
Party trays for 6 to 20+ guests, or we’ll bring the pizzeria to you and make fresh pizza on-site.
